Reasonably spacious and fairly quiet room and large bathroom with a shower and bath sheets. Friendly service, parking nearby. Free Wi-Fi provided in the hotel. Great location relatively near Ampang Point. And close to plenty of local cafes and the city center.

Modern place with large and cheap rooms. Variety of good food for meals. Great and comfy location not too far away from Ampang Point Shopping Centre. Also - not far from so many restaurant and easy to find...

it was in a favourable location near bukit ampang. every member of staff was amiable. there were climate control, flat-screen tv and tea/coffee making equipment in the room, loved that.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Ampang and had a great experience. the location was very convenient, situated in a commercial area with plenty of restaurants nearby. Secondly, the rooms were well-equipped with complete facilities including two comfortable queen beds, perfect for a good night's sleep. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and filled with a variety of options to choose from. Plus, the hotel had a 24-hour mamak's restaurant right below it, making it super convenient to grab a quick bite to eat anytime.

All was satisfactory during my stay.

it is well located depending on what you have to do in k.l has a shopping mall 5 min walking...also 200mts from big avenue..and 5 min cab drive from metro station ampang...so you can reach here from airport doing train and metro connection..and then 5 min cab...

Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby! Even though the area could use some improvement, the hotel's location near Ampang Point shopping centre and local eateries made it convenient for dining and exploring. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel also had a great restaurant downstairs with delicious freshly baked naan bread. Despite the small room and lack of amenities like a fridge and hot water, the cleanliness and comfort made up for it. The reliable WiFi was a bonus. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay in the area.

This is new Hotel located in Ampang Point, good location, clean, convenient and value for money.

No safety lock for the room door, a bit noise and no lifts (not convenient for old people or people with disabilities)

For the price the hotel was ok.

The location is not the best for access to the city, We could have probably had a little nicer place closer to the city for the price of the transportation required. The walls were very thin, and we could hear every word spoken by our neighbors. The first level of rooms are on the third floor, and you go up from there. No lift.

Reasonably large and beautifully maintained rooms, with an open window, coffee tea facilities plus free 2 bottles, value for money. A wide array of goodies for breakfast😃

I recently had a very good stay at this hotel. the location is great as it is situated in a commercial area, with plenty of food options right above a mamak's restaurant. Secondly, the staff provided excellent service and were attentive to my needs. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with 2 queen beds and complete facilities. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast that was offered.

The staff was friendly, attentive and specifically helped me with re- booking conflicts. Very well oriented to support their guests. The Hotel is new, so no concerns with cleanliness or condition of the furniture, linings etc. It offers basic clean accomodation. For my purpose - proximity to the embassies, was perfect, and easy access to the Petronas Towers (a must see icon).

The area though might be considered "shady" by any tourist: it is located in front of a hospital and behind a shopping center. The surroundings are not necessarily pleasant.
